"Slowly, I Grow" is the culmination of three years of thoughts, ideas, and emotions. Love, Beauty, Grief, Solace, Prayer, Healing, Awe, Anger, Anxiety, Depression, Hope, Faith, and Joy are all words that could be used to describe the themes of these poems. These moments of reflection often took place in nature as I find refuge in its beauty and I tried to capture its ever-changing moods in words that will fill your heart with joy.
